About
Günter Steinscherer
Born in a small village in southern Austria, Günter became a master goldsmith at the age of 21. Voted one of Austrias top designers, he has held numerous European exhibitions over the years.
Since 1998, Günter has been based in the UK and Austria. His love of natural forms drew him to the New Forest and draws him back to Carinthia, Austria, time and again. Both landscapes in their varied forms provide the stimuli for his jewellery.
His unique designs are hand-crafted in 18 ct gold using only the finest and often the most unusual of gemstones, creating an extravagant blend which imbues each piece with its own soul.
